[ RNAsoft home | Conditions of use ]

RNAsoft is a collection of online services for the computational prediction and design of RNA/DNA structures. The underlying algorithms have been designed and implemented by members of the Bioinformatics, Empirical and Theoretical Algorithmics (BETA) Lab at the Department of Computer Science of the University of British Columbia.

Currently, three programs are available; their function and use is described in the paper [add title and link] as well as on the "About" and "Help" pages for each program. The addition of further programs and services is planned for the future.

We are pleased to offer free online access to these tools, however, to keep the load on our server within reasonable limits, some restrictions have been imposed on the size of the input data. By using any of these online services, you agree to our conditions of use.

We hope you find the RNAsoft online services and website useful. If you have any questions or suggestions, please send e-mail to the addresses for the specific services or to support at rnasoft dot ca.
